本條款適用於你使用由滔愉教育（香港）有限公司（「本公司」）營運的 toyoueducation.com 網站及讀力大冒險遊戲與教師平台（「服務」）。使用服務即表示你同意本條款。

These terms apply to your use of toyoueducation.com and the 讀力大冒險 game and teacher portal (the "Services") operated by To You Education (Hong Kong) Limited. By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. 帳戶Accounts

• 教師及學生帳戶由學校取得及分發。請妥善保管學校ID、學生ID及密碼，不要與他人分享。Teacher and student accounts are issued through schools. Keep School IDs, Student IDs and passwords confidential.
• 如懷疑帳戶被未經授權使用，請盡快通知學校或本公司。Tell your school or us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. 合理使用Acceptable use

你不得嘗試未經授權存取服務或他人帳戶、干擾服務運作、以自動方式大量擷取內容，或將服務用於任何違法用途。

You must not attempt to access the Services or other accounts without authorisation, interfere with the Services, scrape content in bulk by automated means, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

3. 知識產權Intellectual property

服務中的篇章、題目、設計、標誌及其他內容屬本公司或其授權人所有，只供個人學習及學校教學用途。未經書面同意，不得複製、發佈或作商業用途。

Passages, questions, design, logos and other content in the Services belong to us or our licensors and are for personal learning and school teaching only. Do not copy, publish or use them commercially without written permission.

4. 電子書及第三方網站eBooks and third-party sites

電子書透過 Kobo 等第三方商店發售，購買受該商店的條款約束。本網站亦連結至 InsightMeter、補位通 FillSlot 等網站，各網站有其本身的條款及私隱政策。

eBooks are sold through third-party stores such as Kobo, under that store's terms. The Site also links to InsightMeter, FillSlot and other sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. 免責聲明Disclaimer

服務按「現狀」提供。本公司會盡力確保內容準確及服務穩定，但不保證服務不會中斷或沒有錯誤。在法律許可的最大範圍內，本公司不就因使用或無法使用服務而引致的間接損失承擔責任。

The Services are provided "as is". We try to keep content accurate and the Services available, but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.
